Dr. Van Sicklen graduated from University of the Pacific Aurthor A Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2011. He then entered a residency program with the Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis TN. After successfully completing his residency he moved to the central coast in 2013.
For the past 7 years he has worked with children as an associate with Dentistry for Children. He holds privileges with Marian Regional Medical Center, Plaza Surgery Center, and Arroyo Grade Community Hospital, allowing him to care for people with special needs and children that have a tough time with treatment. Due to the overwhelming need in the area Dr. Van Sicklen established Surfin Smiles in 2020 and is looking forward to continuing to care for the central coast community.
